Bad News from US Supreme Court. Padilla is NOT retroactive
The U.S. Supreme Court issued its long awaited decision in Chaidez v. U.S. today. Unfortunately, the Court held that Padilla does not apply retroactively. Click here for the decision.. More commentary to come
